This hangar looks awesome except for the anime stuff, is there anyway to remove the anime stuff and leave the rest of the hangar?

I decided to install this mod and give it a try but cannot get it to work 🙁
Tried it with all other mods removed, when game launches it comes up with a popup message which is in Russian. I choose the button on the left and the game restarts and when it loads it still has the default hangar.
Why did you come here? The point of this hanger is anime.

Special hangar, for the 25th anniversary. Once the special is over it should work normally…
